Gluten Free

Here at GMS, we have several friends with gluten intolerance, and celiac, an autoimmune disease which means your body can’t process the protein gluten, which is found in such grains as wheat, rye, and barley. As such, we often bake, cook, drink gluten free. Here’s a list of what we’ve made GF — some might surprise you!
