Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (old fashioned)
- 4 cup whole milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Put all your ingredients (except for the sugar) in a pan for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
- Add sugar, stir, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 more minutes.
- Remove from heat, and allow to cool to room temperature. Then, place in a bowl in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove from fridge and remove the cinnamon stick. Blend in blender or with immersion blender until smooth. Serve cold!
