Tiny Peach Crisp

  • 2 peaches, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoon cold butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cut peaches into quarters and place in tiny cast iron (or any oven safe dishes). Set aside.
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, spices, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Dice cold butter, then add to dry ingredients with a fork or pastry blender- mix until butter is about pea size, nice and crumbly.
  4. Pour topping over peaches, then place in oven for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
