1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ white onion, minced
pint of cherry or grape tomatoes
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic to oil. Saute for half a minute.
3. Add tomatoes, onions, and herbs.
4. Reduce heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes start to shrivel.
