CF: The Best Granola

Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8-10 breakfasts/snacks

Ingredients:

2 cups oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup dried mango, chopped
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
chocolate (optional)

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix oats, almonds, flax seed, maple syrup, grapeseed oil, salt on a cookie sheet.
2. Put in oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes or so.
3. Pull out, let cool 10 minutes. While cooling, chop mango.
4. Add mango, peanuts, cranberries, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
5. After throughly cool, add chocolate if desired. Serve with yogurt, frozen yogurt, kefir, milk, or dry.
