CF: Pumpkin Gingerbread

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin puree


1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each egg.
3. Sift flour, baking soda, spices, add salt. Mix together.
4. Add pumpkin puree and flour business to wet ingredients, first adding half the flour, then the pumpkin, then the flour.
5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
