Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Smash bananas in a bowl. Add butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix well.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flours. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
  3. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
