Ingredients
- 2 peaches, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 3 tablespoon cold butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Cut peaches into quarters and place in tiny cast iron (or any oven safe dishes). Set aside.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, spices, and salt in a bowl.
- Dice cold butter, then add to dry ingredients with a fork or pastry blender- mix until butter is about pea size, nice and crumbly.
- Pour topping over peaches, then place in oven for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
