Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teff
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 handful raisins
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Boil water. Add teff, reduce to simmer, and cook until all water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and add spices and pinch salt. Stir to combine.
- Serve hot topped with walnuts, raisins, and a drizzle of honey.
