shrimp + grits with vegetables

Recipe:

grits (make enough servings according to the box)
shrimp (I made five, but if you’re making for more than one, obviously allot for that)
1/2 container mushrooms
1/2 eggplant
1-2 tomatoes
1 lemon
garlic
olive oil
arugula
almond slices
parm cheese

Directions: 

1. Make grits according to the box.
2. Saute shrimp.
3. Saute vegetables with garlic
4. Serve with arugula, lemon slice, almond slices, and parm cheese.
