Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Place banana, blueberries, peanut butter, yogurt, milk, and pinch salt into blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill up to 48 hours.
