Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe bananas, smashed
- 3 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 6 ounce dark chocolate
- 1 cup cherries
Directions
- Pit your cherries and chop your chocolate.
- Smash bananas in a bowl. Add butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, mix baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flours. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
- Add chocolate and cherries and mix until combined.
- Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
