Chimichurri Sauce Recipe:
1 bunch parsley, leaves finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro, leaves finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Mix all together in a food processor. Serve with tacos, or marinade on steak, chicken, or whatever your heart desires!
