CF: Whole Wheat Cheddar Crackers

Prep time: 40 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 10 good sized snacks

Ingredients:

16 ounces whole wheat flour
8 ounces parm cheese, grated
8 ounces asiago cheese, grated
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
8 tbsp rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grate all cheeses.
2. Take all cheeses and milk, water, salt, and flour, and mix well until a dough ball forms.
3. Roll out dough ball to about 1/4 of an inch.
4. Cut out shapes (can be whatever kind you, but make sure it’s small enough to move them around easily)
5. Place shapes on parchment-paper lined cookie sheets, salt again, and stick in oven for 15-20 minutes, shaking once about half way through.
6. Let cool, enjoy!
