CF: Rice, Flax, and Seed Crisps

Prep time: 1.5 hours (45 minutes cook time for rice, 20-30 minutes freezer time)
Cook time: 20 minutes
Servings: 10 good sized snacks

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1/4 cup red quinoa
1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
1/4 cup flax seed
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

1. Cook rice thoroughly and strain excess water.
2. Finely chop hazelnuts and grind them into a rough meal using mixer.
3. Combine rice with all other ingredients in large mixing bowl.
4. Roll mixture into a parchment paper tube about a quarter thick.
5. Freeze rolls for 20-30 minutes.
6. Use a sharp knife to slice off thin rounds, as thin as you can make them. Around 1/4 inch thick.
7. Remove parchment paper ring and place flat on Silpat, or parchment paper.
8. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes, rotating every 6 minutes or so. Let cool before serving.
