Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- Chop your cucumber and grate your ginger.
- Add milk and spinach to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add blueberries, cucumber, cinnamon, and ginger and blend until smooth. Serve room temperature or cold!
