“It should be five minutes, tops.” That’s what Jeff said to me last night when I told him the length of my first video tutorial for Garlic, My Soul. The video isn’t great: you can’t always see the bowl, or my face, or anyone else. But it explains how to make gluten free scones. And I think it’s funny. And I think Melissa and Rebecca will agree with me. Despite the length, I think it is pretty useful. I promise from here on out they’ll be shorter. But, announcing our first video tutorial!
