Pico de Gallo – a pinch of salt, squeeze of lime juice, and equal parts:
cilantro
tomato
red onion
jalapeno
salt
lime, juiced
Directions:
1. Dice equal parts tomatoes, onions, jalapeno. Rough chop equal amount of cilantro.
2. Place in bowl and mix well. Add half a lime’s juice, and salt well. Taste and adjust salt and lime juice. Serve with tacos or chips!
