Summary
These popsicles are very earthy and spicy - think smoothie in a popsicle. As a result, if you want to sweeten them a bit, add apple sauce or a handful of berries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 handful spinach
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/3 cup apple sauce (optional)
Directions
- Pour milk and spinach in a blender. Mix well.
- Add avocado, turmeric, and half the ginger. Mix well, and taste, adjusting the ginger if necessary.
- Add apple sauce if desired and mix well. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze at least five hours or overnight.
