Ingredients:
10-12 medium sized figs
1/4 cup sugar (or honey/sweetener)
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Chop figs into fourths. Mix with sugar and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
2. Remove from heat when figs are mostly liquified, and set aside.
3. Mix coconut cream and milk together. Add figs.
4. Freeze in popsicle molds overnight. Enjoy!
