Ingredients:
steak, about one pound
2 jalapeños
2 limes, juiced and zested
1 bunch cilantro
2 tablespoons honey
olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop jalapeños and roughly chop cilantro.
2. Juice and zest two limes.
3. Combine steak, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and zest, and honey in a bowl.
4. Let marinate overnight.
5. Bring to room temperature (about 30 minutes) and then grill on stove. Enjoy!
