Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1-2 medium heirloom tomatoes
1/2 red onion
2 medium ripe avocados
1 block cheddar (or any) cheese
3-4 green onions
1 cup sour cream
3-4 green onions

Directions:
1. Chop tomatoes, red onion, green onion.
2. Cut up avocado.
3. Grate cheese.
4. Layer in order of ingredient listing into container. Enjoy with chips!
