Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1/4-1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Turn oven to 250. Mix all ingredients on baking sheet on a piece of parchment, coating well.
- Bake in the oven for an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. If you want more granola chunks, don't stir. If you want it to stay loose, stir every 15-20 minutes.
- Cool and serve over milk or yogurt.
