\"\"<\/a>I woke up Saturday morning at 8:45am to a knock on my apartment door. The refrigerator repairman was a bit early, but I was very glad to have him finally here! My fridge has been broken since last weekend. There was a thick layer of ice blocking any cold air from getting into my fridge. I had thrown away most of the perishable food and had been living off of salads from the Green Truck for most of last week (no complaints there though, the Cali Kale Salad is the bomb!) While I waited for my fridge to get cold again, I raided my pantry for breakfast ideas. Low and behold, I found these beautiful potatoes!<\/p>\n

Prep time<\/strong>: 15 minutes
\nCook time<\/strong>: 30 minutes
\nServings<\/strong>: 2-4<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n10 or so small potatoes<\/strong>, quartered
\n3 tbsp olive oil<\/strong>
\n2 cloves of garlic<\/strong>, chopped
\nRosemary <\/strong>to taste
\nOregano\u00a0<\/strong>to taste
\nBasil\u00a0<\/strong>to taste
\nPaprika\u00a0<\/strong>to taste
\nSalt\u00a0<\/strong>to taste<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the potatoes into bite size pieces. I quartered my potatoes. Mix the olive oil, garlic, and spices in a mixing bowl. Add the potatoes and mix until fully coated. Set potatoes on your baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes until a fork easily comes out of the potatoes. Let cool and devour!<\/p>\n
