I LOVE PINTEREST. Ok, that really isn\u2019t a secret. If you know me, you know I love <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/blear\/\">Pinterest<\/a> already. I have a board for my apartment, I have a board for hair and makeup, but my favorite board is called Delish. As you can imagine, it\u2019s my Internet recipe book for all the things I want to make! I found these <a href=\"http:\/\/www.justataste.com\/2012\/08\/gruyere-chive-popovers-recipe\/\">Chive and Gruyere Popovers<\/a> on Pinterest, and proceeded to make them immediately. They were so good, they lasted about 1 second in my office. Jennie didn\u2019t even get one, and here I am posting this on her blog (sorry Jennie!) I promise to make them again for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep Time:<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cook Time:<\/strong> 25-30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Yields:<\/strong> 1 dozen popovers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 \u00bd cups (355g) <strong>milk<\/strong> (I used skim, but the original blogger recommended whole)<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cups (355g)<strong> flour<\/strong><br \/>\n1 teaspoon <strong>kosher\u00a0salt<\/strong><br \/>\n3 <strong>eggs<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00be cup (178g) shredded <strong>gruyere cheese<\/strong><br \/>\n2 tablespoons chopped <strong>fresh chives<\/strong><br \/>\n2 tablespoons <strong>unsalted butter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.\u00a0Shred Gruyere. Muffins tins it is! Spray or lightly butter your pan. I was lazy, so I sprayed with olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the milk in a small saucepan, but not too hot! Just until the milk is warm and bubbles start to form around the edges. Heating milk always seems weird to me, but it\u2019s important here so all the ingredients combine properly.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl mix the flour and salt. Maybe sift it, maybe not. Depends on how you are feeling that day. I was not feeling the sifting vibe on this particular evening.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/DSC_0015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" much used every bowl in my house) whip your eggs until combined and frothy.<\/p>\n<p>Add milk to eggs, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n<p><a
