I left mine there for eight hours, though you could do it in as little as four, according to the Kitchn.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6925\" title=\"DSC_0178\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178.jpg 800w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178-451x300.jpg 451w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/DSC_0178-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Leave a note if you live with anyone, or if you&#8217;re going to have company, or if anyone has keys to your house and might open your oven when you&#8217;re not around, so no one disturbs your incubated oven &#8212; you want the yogurt to stay at about 100 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>No one has keys to your house and would randomly come over and open your fridge?
