So for the month of Cumin (also known as February), I adapted our <a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/cf-indian-spiced-steak-kebabs\/\">Indian Spiced Steak Kabob recipe<\/a> for chicken kabobs.<\/p>\n<p>It was very difficult. Step one. Substitute chicken. Step two. Do everything else exactly the same. Step three. You&#8217;re done!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/_External_Import\/garlicmysoul.com\/photos\/var\/albums\/%5BIngredient%5D-My-Soul\/Cumin\/Cumin%20Kabobs%20-%2001.jpg?m=1329804859\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cumin!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/_External_Import\/garlicmysoul.com\/photos\/var\/albums\/%5BIngredient%5D-My-Soul\/Cumin\/Cumin%20Kabobs%20-%2002.jpg?m=1329804859\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also: garlic, curry powder, paprika, salt and pepper, ground mustard, oregano, and orange peel. Above: sweet potatoes, parsnips, rutabaga, red pepper.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/_External_Import\/garlicmysoul.com\/photos\/var\/resizes\/%5BIngredient%5D-My-Soul\/Cumin\/Cumin%20Kabobs%20-%2008.jpg?m=1329804865\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sear the kabobs for about a minute per side. This will seal in some of the juices so the chicken doesn&#8217;t dry out.
