We focused on lesser used meats like lamb and duck, so I wanted to create a savory and soothing cocktail that would start the night off right. This cocktail mixture offers a sweet, earthy, and bitter in a great\u00a0combo and sets a nice tone for the rich meats\u00a0we ate.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to use some out-of-the-box\u00a0liquor this time around, so I chose to make the base white rum and brandy.
