For this edition of Six Chairs at the Table, we wanted to try some meats that we don&#8217;t normally cook with. We made jasmine rice to go with this and layered that in the roasted bell pepper before adding in the stew. These were the winner of the night. We had originally planned on just making lemon bars but we had extra raspberries from the farmers market, so we just went for it.<\/p>\n<p>The raspberries added the perfect layering of sweet over the tart lemon, and with the ice cream these were definitely a crowd favorite. And, let&#8217;s be real &#8211; lemon bars are so easy to make it&#8217;s stupid not to make them all the time and make them look REAL fancy.
