How did we manage to make it to Friday again? What a dream. This week was almost all eating in, and we managed to get a few new recipes in, too!<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Friday<\/strong>, Jeff and I made our fave tried and true: chicken quesadillas. We eat these a lot, so it occurs to me I need to make them up for you guys. It&#8217;s a departure from what we normally cook so it was a lot of fun, too.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-15840 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Lemon-Pasta-1-802x1200.jpg\" alt=\"Baked Lemon Pasta | Garlic, My Soul\" width=\"800\" height=\"1197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Lemon-Pasta-1-802x1200.jpg 802w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Lemon-Pasta-1-668x1000.jpg 668w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Lemon-Pasta-1-500x748.jpg 500w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Lemon-Pasta-1.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Sunday<\/strong>, we had our old neighbors over and made the <a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/valentines-day-dinner-baked-lemon-pasta\/\">PW&#8217;s Lemon Pasta<\/a>. This is easily one of my fave dishes to make for a group &#8211; it&#8217;s so easy, so delicious, and it makes great leftovers.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Monday<\/strong> night, we had a girls night to watch a friend&#8217;s show (have you seen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vh1.com\/shows\/hit_the_floor\/\">Hit the Floor<\/a>? OMG you should watch it. Preferably in a crowd of ladies talking loudly. So fun!) So we ate leftover salmon and pasta &#8211; perfect!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17724 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/stirfry.jpg\" alt=\"Stir Fry | Garlic, My Soul\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/stirfry.jpg 640w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/stirfry-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/stirfry-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday<\/strong> night, I made a Chicken &amp; Broccoli Stir-fry (with bok choy, too, because I had some) loosely <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasteofhome.com\/recipes\/stir-fried-chicken-and-rice-noodles\">based on this recipe.<\/a>\u00a0I used sesame oil to make the veggies, then added sriracha, and served it over rice noodles. Have you guys had the ones from Trader Joe&#8217;s? That&#8217;s what I used&#8230;but they got so gluely! I&#8217;ll have to try again&#8230;but I wanted these to be good because they&#8217;re ready in 3 minutes. What do you guys eat with stir fry?<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Wednesday<\/strong>, I went out for my friend Traci&#8217;s birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN TRACI) to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sadiela.com\/\">Sadie Kitchen &amp; Lounge.<\/a>\u00a0This was part of Dine LA, which was awesome, and we ate ourselves stuffed. Perfection.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-15818 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/DSC_0134-1200x801.jpg\" alt=\"Kale Caesar Salad | Garlic, My Soul\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/DSC_0134-1200x801.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/DSC_0134-800x534.jpg 800w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/DSC_0134-500x334.jpg 500w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/DSC_0134.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Thursday<\/strong>, per usual, I went to Mendo and got a Kale Caesar Salad before soccer.<\/p>\n<p>And that takes us to today! Up this week is homemade pizza, and hopefully some quality nights at home making something new. What are you getting at this weekend? What&#8217;s been your go-to dinner?
