These Cucumber Margarita Popsicles<\/a> that Eva made were amazing – did we mention there was some booze involved?<\/p>\n

\"Avocado<\/a><\/p>\n

Avocados in a popsicle<\/a>. It’s the epitome of healthy right? This is an ice cream recipe that we put into popsicle form, and we did not regret it.<\/p>\n

\"Fig<\/a><\/p>\n

Coconut Fig Popsicles<\/a> that MIGHT have been my\u00a0favorite yet (second to the lime…and the chocolate…ok, ok, I can’t decide.)<\/p>\n

\"Plumcots<\/a><\/p>\n

These Plumcot Cream Popsicles<\/a> were sweet and creamy, just how we like our ice pops. Creamy popsicles are just dreamy, don’t you think?<\/p>\n

\"Lemon<\/a><\/p>\n

Last but not least, these Lemon-Lime Popsicles<\/a> remind me of Shark Week, summertime, and with a little booze they’re basically hard lemonade frozen…what’s not to like?<\/p>\n

So there you guys have it – an entire week devoted to POPSICLES. You know what this week made me realize? How many more popsicles there are to make. I cannot wait to make coffee popsicles, or mint-chip popsicles, and I have big ideas for basil strawberry…what is your guys’ fave popsicle?! Let me know, I might whip some up.<\/p>\n
