\nThe heat waves have started already here in Los Angeles \u2013 the kind that tempt you to perform spontaneous striptease and\/or launch yourself screaming into neighbors\u2019 outdoor pools. Both of which are viable options.<\/p>\n

However, if you\u2019re looking for a less socially impactful solution \u2013 one with, perhaps a little more tact, class and tequila \u2013 we\u2019ve got the perfect popsicle for you. Because who doesn\u2019t love a good margarita incarnation?<\/p>\n

\"Cucumber<\/a><\/p>\n

Even if you don\u2019t have these ingredients readily available in your home, they are easily procurable, even in small doses. Want to do it on the cheap? Run by your local liquor store and get yourself a travel size Jose Cuervo and a single serving limeade in your local grocery store cooler section.<\/p>\n

Or make a pitcher and drink it with friends before it even reaches the freezer. Even if you wanted to channel your inner \u201cLast Man on Earth\u201d and recreate Phil Miller\u2019s margarita pool – there\u2019s really no wrong option with this recipe here.<\/p>\n

\nServings<\/strong>: Recipe makes 10 3-oz popsicles<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u00bd cup cucumbers, roughly chopped
\n2 cups limeade
\n2 shots tequila
\n3-4 mint leaves
\nA small handful of ice
\nA pinch of sea salt<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
\n2. Pour into popsicle molds.
\n3. Wait. It\u2019s the hardest part but luckily (?) for you, if you\u2019re in LA it will probably still be scalding outside in a few hours.
