This past weekend, Corelyn and I taught our first ever cooking class to a group of our friends, and we just had a blast. I love being able to discuss methodology in the kitchen, tips and tricks for making the cooking process easier, and I love talking about food. This class gave Corelyn and I the opportunity to do just that in a relaxed environment with our <del>guinea pigs\u00a0<\/del>friends who were super patient with us, asked amazing questions, and taught us a lot about how to teach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Cooking-Class-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16002\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Cooking-Class-3.jpg\" alt=\"Cooking Class | Garlic, My Soul\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Cooking-Class-3.jpg 640w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Cooking-Class-3-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Cooking-Class-3-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the recipes we made was rosemary rolls. They were based on the <a href=\"http:\/\/thepioneerwoman.com\/cooking\/2009\/09\/rosemary-onion-bread-with-blue-cheese-topping\/\">Pioneer Woman&#8217;s recipe<\/a>, because why change something if it&#8217;s not broken? We loved introducing yeast rolls to our friends because yeast seems scary, but it&#8217;s not. Once you know how to use it, it&#8217;s magic. Making your own bread seems so fancy and is just too easy to not make. They are\u00a0delicious. They are beautiful. They are topped with blue cheese, caramelized onions, and so much love.
