The video isn&#8217;t great: you can&#8217;t always see the bowl, or my face, or anyone else. But it explains how to make gluten free scones. And I think it&#8217;s funny. And I think Melissa and Rebecca will agree with me. Despite the length, I think it is pretty useful. I promise from here on out they&#8217;ll be shorter.
