So step one was to figure out something that I have never done with you, my loyal followers, and the answer became clear very quickly. So then I was at a crossroads. What dessert should I do that reflects the spirit of fall?<\/p>\n<p>When I think of fall I think of three things. Treats, pumpkins, and beer!\u00a0 So today we are going to combine all three. I present to you today a quick and awesome recipe for creating <strong>Peanut Butter\u00a0<strong>Pumpkin Ale Brownies<\/strong>! <\/strong>Yes it is a mouthful to say, but an even more delicious mouthful to bite into.<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/im-back-with-peanut-butter-pumpkin-ale-brownies\/dsc_1654\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-12245\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12245\" alt=\"Peanut Butter Pumpkin Ale Brownies | Garlic, My Soul\" src=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654.jpg 800w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654-652x977.jpg 652w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654-533x800.jpg 533w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/DSC_1654-66x100.jpg 66w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep Time:<\/strong> 25 Minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cook Time:<\/strong> 35 Minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Oven Temperature<\/strong>: 350 degrees<br \/>\n<strong>Yields:\u00a0<\/strong> About 20 Brownies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 cup unsalted <strong>butter<\/strong>, melted<br \/>\n2 cup of <strong>white sugar<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 tsp of <strong>vanilla extract<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 <strong>eggs<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00bd cup of <strong>cocoa powder<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 cup all purpose<strong> flour<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 tbsp <strong>peanut butter<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00be cup of <strong>chocolate morsels<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 tbs of ground <strong>cinnamon<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00be cup of <strong>pumpkin ale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br \/>\n2. Mix together the melted butter and the white sugar.\u00a0 Stir the two ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.<br \/>\n3. Next you want to fold in your eggs and the vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.<br \/>\n4. Add in the flour and the cocoa powder. This will be very clumpy and will take a few minutes to smooth out. Be patient, the lumps will go away.<br \/>\n5. After you smoothed out the mixture, add in the ground cinnamon, peanut butter, and chocolate morsels.\u00a0 Stir the batch until the only lumps that remain are the morsels themselves.<br \/>\n6. Once your mixture is smooth, it should look like standard cake or cupcake batter, add in your beer. I chose to use Shock Top Pumpkin Wheat Ale. \u00a0You don\u2019t want to overwhelm the other flavors of your brownies, so use something like a wheat pumpkin beer, which won&#8217;t compete like the alcohol content of a lager or a stout.\u00a0 The flavor will be be better and the brownies will end up fluffier and sweeter.<br \/>\n7. Stir until smooth &#8211; this will take several minutes to complete. The goal is to have the liquid absorb as much as possible into the solid mixture. \u00a0You should have a consistency that is very reminiscent of chocolate pudding.<br \/>\n8. Grab a 15 inch x 10 inch baking sheet and grease it with some olive oil or butter so the bottoms of your brownies don\u2019t burn.<br \/>\n9. Transfer the mixture from your bowl to the baking sheet and spread it evenly across the pan. It doesn\u2019t need to be perfect, but do your best.<br \/>\n10. Put the baking sheet into the oven for 30 to 35 minutes for the brownies to cook.<br \/>\n11. When the brownies are done, let the sheet rest for about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into the brownies.<br \/>\n12.
