We love pot pie, and figured that muffin pot pies would be great for those dinners out &#8211; just pop two or three in a glass jar and you\u2019re ready to go! So we used it as a base for our pot pies, and it was a great choice &#8211; so moist and delicious!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Here\u2019s what we used:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2 cups <strong>Bisquick\u00ae Gluten Free mix<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/3 cup <strong>butter<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/3 cup <strong>milk<\/strong><br \/>\n3 <strong>eggs<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 cup <strong>peas<\/strong> (frozen or steamed)<br \/>\n1 small head <strong>broccoli<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup <strong>cooked chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/garlicmysoul.com\/blog\/gluten-free-savory-muffins-recipe\/\">For the full recipe, go here<\/a>. Basically, you just add the mix to the butter and the milk, then add the eggs. Chop your broccoli, and then put it in a bowl with the peas and chicken.
